However, by publishing content through ParMitra, users grant ParMitra the licence described in the User-Generated Content Policy to host, display, process, and distribute that content as necessary to operate the Services.

Users are solely responsible for ensuring they have the necessary rights to publish their content.

5. User Responsibilities

When using ParMitra, you must not upload, publish, distribute, or share content that:

ParMitra is not required to remove content solely because a complaint has been submitted. Each report will be assessed based on the information available.

9. Repeat Infringers

Users who repeatedly infringe the intellectual property rights of others may face:

• Warnings
• Removal of content
• Temporary suspension
• Permanent account termination

ParMitra reserves the right to determine what constitutes repeated infringement based on the circumstances.

10. Reporting False Claims

Knowingly submitting false, fraudulent, or misleading intellectual property complaints is prohibited.

Where appropriate, ParMitra may reject such complaints and take action against users who repeatedly misuse the reporting process.

11. Third-Party Intellectual Property

ParMitra may display trademarks, logos, or other intellectual property belonging to third parties where authorised or where users have uploaded such content.

All third-party intellectual property remains the property of its respective owners.
